Production processThe journey from farm to table
The farm is where we begin
In our 61,776 acres of farmland we grow the natural pastures that feed our cows, guaranteeing that the raw material (Grassfed Non-GMO milk) that we use to make our products is of the highest quality.
Production Facilities
We divide the fresh grassfed non-GMO milk and send it to the different production facilities. To produce the Servio dulce de leche, the fresh milk arrives directly at its factory ready for use. As for the Servio ghee, it is first sent to our butter factory where the raw material is produced (butter) which can then be clarified to ensure the best quality ghee.
Production
We produce and pack our products according to the HACCP & ISO 9001 standard, guaranteeing their top quality will endure as they arrive at your home with the best pricing.
Logistics and distribution
We follow up on all our products once they have been dispatched to make sure they arrive intact from farm to table.
Environmental responsibility
Lastly, the byproducts of our production process are directed to our industrial wastewater treatment plant where they are handled, taking steps to prevent pollution from the different processes involved in our operations.
Servio's History...
A little over 80 years ago, my grandfather came home from the war, positive that he did not want anyone else to experience hunger like he had during that time. He knew that there would soon be a surge in population that would need to be fed. With this idea in his mind, he developed a factory and a farm and began to produce crops, meat, butter, and pasta.
Today, I have chosen to honor his legacy by adding even more food products to our family’s brand. Our quality, tradition and traceability will always be what sets us apart.
